ABOUT Kheema Stuffed Dahi Ke Kebabs RECIPE

I added paneer, grind brown bread and corn flour to the hung curd and stuffed with keema.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Kebabs: Hung curd 3/4 cup
  2. Paneer grated 1/2 cup
  3. Brown bread slices 2
  4. Wheat flour 1 tbsp
  5. Corn flour 1 heaped tsp
  6. Coriander leaves 1 tsp
  7. Salt and pepper as per taste
  8. 1 tsp oil
  9. Ground rice flakes (Poha) 1 tbsp
  10. For stuffing: Keema 1 cup
  11. Onion 2 medium sized
  12. Grated garlic 1 tsp
  13. Grated ginger 1 tsp
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. Turmeric (Adjust all masala according to taste)
  16. Garam masala (Adjust all masala according to taste)
  17. Dhania powder (Adjust all masala according to taste)
  18. Oil 1 tsp
  19. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Mix hung curd with grated paneer. Dry grind bread and add. Mix wheat flour and corn flour.
  2. Add salt and pepper. Add finely chopped coriander leaves. Keep aside.
  3. Pressure cook kheema. Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions. Add all masalas and saute. Add kheema and saute till dry.
  4. Let the mixture cool. Grease your palm with oil and make balls. Stuff them with kheema. Roll in Poha grounded and shallow fry in a nonstick pan. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
