ABOUT Coconut Coated Chocolate balls RECIPE

To be very honest, I have learnt this recipe from my son who is 2 years old. He had a chocolate making session in his play group and was taught to make this. Trust me on this, its truly divine. Thanks to my son.

Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. 1 packet marie biscuits - 200 gm
  2. 1 Amul sweetened condensed milk - 200 gm
  3. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  4. 2 cups of desiccated coconut powder
  5. 2 tsp almond powder

Instructions

  1. Crush the marie biscuits and place in a bowl.
  2. Add condensed milk, cocoa and almond powder to it. Mix together until well combined.
  3. Roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into small balls. Roll each ball in the coconut powder until it is covered the whole ball. Repeat this step with the remaining mixture.
  4. Put onto a plate and refrigerate for about 15 mins and enjoy.
