  • 1 Red bell pepper chopped in circles
  • 1/2 kg Narain fish
  • 2medium sized onions diced
  • 4 Medium tomatoes diced
  • 2 jalapeno chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 7-8 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/2cup of coconut milk
  • 2 tbls oil
  • salt to taste

  1. Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry garlic and onions to turn into little pinkish.
  2. Add jalapeos , bell pepper, tomatoes and cook till tomatoes become tender
