Apple Cinnamon Khopara Paak(A sweet treat)

Ingredients to make Apple Cinnamon Khopara Paak(A sweet treat)

  • coconut powder 1 cup
  • Milk 2 cups
  • apple 1 (big)
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • ghee 1 tbsp
  • elaichi powder 1 tsp
  • cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Black currant dried 1 tsp
  • charoli (or chironji) 1 tsp
  • almonds to garnish

How to make Apple Cinnamon Khopara Paak(A sweet treat)

  1. Mix coconut powder, milk, sugar and ghee in a pan and cook on a gas. Cook till you reach semi solid consistency.
  2. Add grated apple, cinnamon powder and elaichi powder. Add black current and charoli.
  3. After reaching semi dry consistency, grease, plate and set out the Khopra Paak.
  4. Cool and keep in the fridge for an hour. Serve as a sweet dish.

My Tip:

Cook till milk turns in Mava (khoya). Add ghee if it sticks.
