ABOUT Air fried Chicken wings RECIPE

Marinated and cooked chicken wings just melt in mouth.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken wings - 8
  2. Hung curd - 1/2 cup
  3. Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
  4. Ginger n garlic paste - 2tsp
  5. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp.
  6. Vegetable oil - 2 tb.sp.
  7. All purpose flour - 2 tb.sp
  8. Breadcrumbs - to coat the wings
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil to brush

Instructions

  1. Clean and dab dry the wings.
  2. Mix hung curd, fresh cream, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt.
  3. Put the wings in this marinade for at least 2 hrs. Longer the better.
  4. Pre heat the air fryer at 200°F for 8 - 10 minutes.
  5. Add oil and flour to the wings. Mix well.
  6. Roll them in bread crumbs.
  7. Arrange the wings in preheated air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Brush the wings with oil from both sides, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with chapatti / paratha/naan.

@Priyanka Singh hey that's not a problem. If you don't have an airfrier, you can bake it in an OTG for around 20 minutes on 200 degrees C. Please keep checking after 15 minutes as every oven is different.
