Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups cooked spagetti
  2. For the Sauce:
  3. 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  4. 1/4 cup capsicum, chopped
  5. 2 tbsp celery, chopped
  6. 2 cups tomato, chopped
  7. 1 tsp dried mix herbs
  8. 1 tsp dry chilli flakes
  9. Green chilli sauce 4 tbsp
  10. Tobasco sauce 4 tbsp
  11. 10 to 12 black olives, chopped
  12. 3 tbsp olive oil
  13. salt and pepper as per taste
  14. For garnishing:
  15. Parmesan cheese as per choice

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and saute the garlic and capsicum in it for about 1 minute.
  2. Add in the celery, tomatoes, salt and mix well. Add in the mixed herbs, chilli flakes, olives and pepper.
  3. Saut for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the sauces and mix well. Toss in the spaghetti, red wine and mix well. Serve immediately, garnished with the parmesan cheese.
