ABOUT Paneer Mint Paratha RECIPE

A healthy and easy breakfast also a great tiffin idea for the little ones or office goers.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cottage cheese 200 gms
  2. Whole wheat flour (Aata) 200 gms
  3. Mint leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
  4. 1 small onion finely chopped
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1 / 2 tsp
  7. salt as per taste
  8. Water to make dough
  9. Refined oil for shallow frying the paratha

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cottage cheese
  2. Add to flour all the ingredients well
  3. Add water little by little and make a soft dough
  4. Divide the mixture into 4-5 equal parts and roll into roti
  5. Heat a griddle and cook the roti Add oil from sides and cook both sides on medium flame.
  6. Serve with mint chutney and curd.
