Ingredients to make White Chocolate and Coconut Truffles

  • 200 gms white chocolate compound
  • 60 ml fresh cream
  • 100 gms dessicated coconut
  • Few drops of vanilla Essence
  • 1 tbsp butter

How to make White Chocolate and Coconut Truffles

  1. Chop the Chocolate into small pieces and keep it in a bowl,set aside.
  2. In a saucepan add cream and scald it ,heat it over low flame don't let it boil once you see bubbles at the sides of the flame switch the flame off. Pour the cream over the chopped white chocolate and add 1 tbsp butter,let it stand for 2minutes. Add vanilla essence.
  3. Mix with a spatula until smooth and silky.. Allow it to cool at room temperature
  4. Mix the dessicated coconut and keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Remove and shape it into balls
  5. Roll it on the desiccated coconut and place it on paper cups
  6. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and serve chilled.
