Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Flattened Rice/Chura (Medium) - 2 cups
  2. Potato - 1/2 cup finely sliced
  3. Carrot- 1/2 cup finely sliced
  4. Green Peas - 2 tablespoon
  5. Beans - 1/3 cup finely chopped
  6. Onion - 1/2 cup chopped
  7. Green Chilli - 1 tablespoon chopped
  8. Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon chopped
  9. Peanuts - 2 tablespoon
  10. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  11. Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
  12. Peppercorn - 4 to 5
  13. Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
  14. Sugar - 2 to 3 tablespoon
  15. Ghee - 1 teaspoon
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Refined oil - 3 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Wash the flattened rice and allow to drain the water for 20 minutes.
  2. Boil sliced potato, carrot and beans for 5 minutes and drain the water.
  3. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the peanuts and keep them aside.
  4. Add ghee in the oil and next add pepper corn & cinnamon stick.
  5. Add onions and fry till light golden brown. It's time to add all the vegetables, green chilli and coriander leaves.
  6. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes and add turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt.
  7. Mix well and add fried peanuts and washed flattened rice. Now mix it very well and add sugar. Cover the pan with a lid and cook under slow flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
  8. When the sugar melted properly serve it hot.
