Ingredients to make Lauki Kofta Curry

  • lauki 1 medium size
  • besan 50 grm
  • salt to taste
  • 1 big size onion
  • 2 Tommatos
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • green chillis 4
  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • haldi 1 teaspoon
  • cortiender powder 1 tablespoon

How to make Lauki Kofta Curry

  1. grate the Laoki, take it in a bowl add littile salt in it and let it be as it is for 5 minuts
  2. now u see lots of water in the bowl. rinse it by pressing the grated Louki.
  3. Now add besan red chilli powder half of ginger garlic paste in bowl and mix it. make boll of the mixture. deep fry these ball in midium flame.
  4. curry- take a pan, heeat the 5 teaspoon oil.add jeera, grren chilli and saute it.
  5. Now add chopped onion. saute till become transparent.add chopped tommatos. salt haldi coriender powder and saute.when the mixture will start leaving oil pour 1 cup water.
  6. Bring the boil in curry then add all the kofta bolls. let it boil for 1 minut and off the flame. garnish with green corriender.

My Tip:

You can use Hing also if u want in tamepring.
