Ingredients to make Sago lotus seeds coconut ladoos

  • 1/2cup sabudana /sago
  • 1+1/2cup makhana/lotus seeds instead it we can take 1/2cup cashews /almonds
  • instead makhana we can take 1/2cup cashews /almonds per choice
  • 1/2cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2+1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 table spoon desi ghee
  • 1/4cup water
  • Crushed cardamoms seeds of 4 to 5 pieces

How to make Sago lotus seeds coconut ladoos

  1. Heat ghee in a pan or karahi fry makhanas ...makhanas will soaked all ghee
  2. Then in the same karahi dry roast sabudana ...take it off
  3. Then dry roast coconut add 1/2 up sugar roast for few minutes both for a while just mix both ..don't over roast
  4. When cool grind all with cardmom seeds..take them out in a bowl ..
  5. Now make chasni of 1/4cup of sugar with 1/4cup of water..bring it to 3to4 boil ..no need to cook more..let it cool little
  6. Mix all the dry iingredients in it .
  7. Make laddoos out of the very soft dough..
  8. Garnish with almonds and desiccated coconut .

My Tip:

Don't over roast coconut and sugar just mix
