Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 fresh nariyal /coconut
  2. 1 liter milk
  3. 1bowl sugar or per taste
  4. 1 bowl milk powder
  5. 1 bowl desiccated coconut
  6. 1 teaspoon haldi /turmeric for yellow colour instead use yellow food cour or kesar strands
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  8. 1 teaspoon cardamom essence or crushed seeds of cardamoms
  9. Few almonds for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Grate nariyal remove it's brown part if you find it hard
  2. Then grind it with little milk .
  3. In a heavy bottom pan boil milk with haldi add coconut paste .
  4. Let the milk boil till thick keep stirring on medium to low flame
  5. When u get you desired thick consistency add sugar then add milk powder cook till mixture leaves d sides
  6. Add 1/2 bowl coconut powder with both essence. Off the gas
  7. Let the mixture cool then make laddoos roll them in rest of the coconut owder
  8. Garnish each ladoo with almonds
