Eggless coco banana cake

Ingredients to make Eggless coco banana cake

  • Condensed milk 1/2 tin
  • butter 60gm
  • milk 3/4 cup
  • banana mashed 2 nos
  • Desicated coconut 2tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence 1tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • maida 2 cup
  • vinegar 1 tbsp

How to make Eggless coco banana cake

  1. Add dessicated coconut powder to milk and keep aside
  2. Cream condensed milk and butter to a smooth consistency
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease a cake pan and dust with flour and keep aside.
  4. Add coconut milk to the condensed milk mixture and mix throughly
  5. Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda well. Fold the maida into the condensed milk - coco mixture
  6. Add the mashed bananas and mix well.
  7. Add the vanilla essence and vinegar to the mixture.
  8. Pour into the prepared cake pan and bake in a preheated oven for 25 30 minutes, till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes and remove onto a serving dish. Slice and serve.

My Tip:

Soak coconut powder in milk for min 20 min. Use soften butter for a smooth mixture
