Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated fresh coconut 1 cup
  2. Jaggery for sweatness
  3. Wheat flour 4 cup
  4. Small pieces of Dry fruits 1/4th cup
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/4th cup of oil to add in the wheat flour.
  2. Take wheat flour in mixing bowl.
  3. Add a pinch of salt in it.
  4. Add oil which was heated.Mix it well.
  5. Add water and make dough.
  6. On gas, keep a kadai. Add 1 spoon of oil.
  7. Allow oil to heat.
  8. Now add grated coconut. Saut for 7-8 mins.
  9. Add dry fruits, jaggery.
  10. Mix it well and remove kadai from gas.
  11. Make small puries and filled it with the filling.
  12. We can use gujiya maker or fold it from side.
  13. Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry the gujiya until it turns light brown.
