Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice vermicelli - 2 cups
  2. Channa - 1 cup - boiled
  3. Onion - 1, finely chopped
  4. Green capsicum - 1, finely chopped
  5. Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  7. Sugar - a small pinch
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the rice vermicelli. Pour boiling water just until the vermicelli is immersed, cover and leave it for 10 minutes or until done.
  2. You can drain out the excess water, if any.
  3. In a pan, heat some oil, add the onions and capsicum and saute for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add the red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, sugar and salt.
  5. Mix well and add the channa.
  6. Sautee it for a couple of minutes.
  7. Add the pre cooked vermicelli and mix well.
  8. Check for seasoning and turn off the heat.
  9. Serve hot as breakfast, lunch or dinner.
