Ingredients to make Instant potato chips

  • potatoes : 2 big size...washed and peeled
  • salt to taste

How to make Instant potato chips

  1. Wash and peel...the potatoes
  2. With chips cutter cut raw potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai. Slow the flame put chips in kadai and deep fry on high flame till potato chips are golden & crisp. Keep aside.
  4. Let it cool down. Now sprinkle salt over it and mix well.
  5. Potato chips are ready to eat.

My Tip:

****it can be stored in air tight container ...for more then a week.....
