Ingredients to make Palak Paneer with Sweet Corn

  • 500 gm spinech fresh
  • 200 gm panner
  • 100 gm sweet corn fresh.
  • Two onion paste n one tbl spn garlic n ginger paste.
  • Green chilli paste .two tbl spn kaju paste
  • Two tbl spn cream .half tea spn garam masala pwd
  • Two tbl spn oil n two tbl spn butter

How to make Palak Paneer with Sweet Corn

  1. Wash the spinech n put in boiling water for few minute
  2. Make paste of onion .garlic n chilli n ginger
  3. Soak kaju with milk for one hour n then make paste
  4. Make paste spinech also
  5. Put a kadai on flame add two tbl spn oil put onion paste saute it
  6. Add ginger garlic n chilli paste saute all this
  7. Add salt to test garam masala n kaju paste saute all till get aroma
  8. Add spinech paste n cook nicely
  9. Add sweet corn n panner cook all this for ten minute then add some water n cook for few minute .
  10. Switch off the gas n add cream n butter .
  11. Serve hot with nan or paratha..

My Tip:

Only keep spinech in boiling water do nt boil it
