Ingredients to make Moong dal Frittatta

  • 5-6 peeled potatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil or any vegetable oil
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 1cup yellow moong dal powder
  • Salt and black pepper powder as per taste
  • Water as required
  • 2 tsp grated cheese (optional)
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Tomato flower to garnish

How to make Moong dal Frittatta

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened.
  2. Pour over the potatoes and cook on a low heat for 5-6 minutes. Turn the side and cook till done.
  3. Pour oil in between.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the top if using. Garnish with a tomato flower.
My Tip: You can add cooked vegetables of choice.
