A very easy to make Pomfret fish fry. Fried yet juicy.

Soak the tamarind in little water
Take a deep vessel and add the fish along with all the dry masalas
Add the chopped onions
Add the tamarind pulp
Add salt and chopped coriander leaves
Now mix well, cover and keep for 30 mins
Can keep it in the fridge
Now Take a flat pan add 2 to 3 tsps of oil
Arrange few peices on the pan
Cook on medium flame
Keep turning the fish once or twice so that onions are well cooked with the fish
Can add little oil while flipping in between
Serve with hot steamed rice and dal
