Ingredients to make Coconut/Mango Vadya(Sweet)

  • Scrapped fresh coconut 3 small cups
  • mango pulp 1/2 cup
  • sugar 2 small cups
  • 1/2 T spoon ghee for greasing the plate

How to make Coconut/Mango Vadya(Sweet)

  1. Mix together coconut,sugar and Mango Pulp in a grinder for a while.
  2. Once it mixes well put it in a thick bottomed pan for heating.
  3. When it becomes thick put it in the greased plate.
  4. After cooling cut it into pieces.
