Ingredients to make Chicken cutlet with seasoned mushrooms

  • Leftover chicken/minced chicken
  • Oregano 1teaspoon
  • mushrooms 10-20 /cut them according to your choice
  • Black pepper (according to taste)
  • salt(acc to tast)
  • White mayonese 1 table spoon
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • cornflour 1 table spoon
  • White flour 1 table spoon
  • Refined oil

How to make Chicken cutlet with seasoned mushrooms

  1. For cutlets Take the minced chicken add ginger garlic paste salt and black pepper and mix it well Now leave it for 4mins And make oval flat shapes of 'em
  2. Now take a bowl add cornflour n white flour (maida) and a pinch of salt make a thick paste (not very much)
  3. Coat your cutlets or mix the whole prepared minced chicken into the cornflour bowl and mix and then make oval flat shapes (it all depends on your choice) I made it by mixing all the ingredients in one bowl
  4. Now deep fry in refined oil the cutlets and keep them aside
  5. For mushrooms Cut them in appropriate size
  6. Add refined oil in a pan add the mushrooms immediately add the mayo, salt n black pepper to it. Cook for a minute. (NoTE-Do not overcook the mushrooms) Add oregano.
  7. Now serve the chickencutlet with seasoned mushrooms

My Tip:

Serve with some spiced up sauce
