  1. 200 gram milk chocolate

Instructions

  1. Maintain the room temperature at 25 degree
  2. Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl and heat it for 60 seconds. Keep checking after every 20 second.
  3. After 60 sec check the temperature of melted chocolate. It should be within 40 to 45 degree centigrade.
  4. Reduce the temperature by continuously beating the chocolate with a rubber spatula. Till it reaches 31 degree centigrade.
