ABOUT Coconut macarons RECIPE

It is a wonderfully sweet coconut flavor with crisp and soft texture with chocolate topping.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 100 g all purpose flourpp
  2. 400 g shredded coconut
  3. 400 ml sweetned condensed milk
  4. 1/4 tsp Salt
  5. 2.5 tsb almond extract
  6. 1 cup melted sweet chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degree C
  2. Place flour,coconut and salt in a bowl and gently toss together.
  3. Stir condensed milk,almond extract together and fold into the coconut mixture until fully incorporated.cover with plastic and refrigerate for 3 hourse.
  4. Using a small scooper scoop the mixture on a backing trey and back about 20 min till the golden brown.
  5. Place out the macaroons in a plate and allow it to cool completely.
  6. Now dip one side or the bottom side of macaroons in melted chocolate and toping the uper part or the other side with melted chocolate and enjoy the delicious macaroons.
