Satrangi Chinagrass Pudding

Ingredients to make Satrangi Chinagrass Pudding

  • 1 ltr milk boiled
  • 1 pkt china grass/agar agar leaf
  • food colours.. (red,blue,orange,lemon yellow,rasberry pink)
  • amul fresh cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla essence
  • Hide n Seek Chocolate Chip biscuits.
  • 3tbsp of mix fruit jam+3tbsp water

How to make Satrangi Chinagrass Pudding

  1. soak china grass in 1 cup of water for half an hour.
  2. bring soaked chinagrass to boil until it melts to thick liquid.
  3. add sugar, cook till sugar melts for few mins.
  4. add fresh cream and switch off the flame..
  5. add all this to boiled milk.
  6. add vanilla essence.
  7. strain the milk in strainer to remove any straws of chinagrass.
  8. divide this milk to 6 bowl.
  9. add different colour to each bowl mix nicely.
  10. take a serving glass or bowl.
  11. add one crush biscuit add few tbsp of colour milk.
  12. put inside freeze to set for few mins.
  13. like this add few tbsp of each colour and set inside freezer for few mins before adding another colour milk.
  14. at top add one crushed biscuit.
  15. now take jam in a pan add 3-4tbsp of water and melt to thick syrup.
  16. pour this jam syrup upon biscuit on top.
  17. chill for 6-8 hours and serve..

My Tip:

mixed fruit jam sauce..
