Ingredients to make Coconut and nuts churma

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • oil for frying
  • 2 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup ghee (Second portion)
  • water as required
  • 1 cup coconut powder
  • almonds a few - thin sliced

How to make Coconut and nuts churma

  1. In a plate add wheat flour and 1/4 cup ghee. Mix it well so that it becomes soft. Add water and make a dough.
  2. Take a pan, add oil and cut dough in small pieces. Deep fry them.
  3. Keep aside to cool. After cooling, grind them all.
  4. Transfer to a pan, add coconut, sugar and mix well.
  5. Add almonds and with the help of second portion ghee make laddus.
