Chinese pav bhaji

Ingredients to make Chinese pav bhaji

  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced chopped cabbage
  • 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • salt according to taste
  • butter as required
  • 2/3 tbsp olive oil
  • Pav for serving
  • 2 cup boiled noodles
  • Pav bhaji masala as per taste
  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1/4 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce

How to make Chinese pav bhaji

  1. Heat a pan, add oil, ginger - garlic paste and saute well. Add onions, saute till it gets golden
  2. Add cabbage, little salt and saute for a while.
  3. Add carrots, bell pepper and saute till all vegetables get soft.
  4. Add schezwan sauce, pav bhaji masala and salt accordingly.
  5. Add red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce and saute for a few more seconds. Add noodles and mix well.
  6. Toast the pav in some butter on a non-stick pan. Transfer on a plate.
  7. Add the cooked noodles in between and serve hot.
