Chicken Popcorn

Ingredients to make Chicken Popcorn

  • Boneless chicken 500 grams
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • 1 cup water
  • Bread slices 3
  • egg 1
  • White/black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Chicken Popcorn

  1. Add boneless chicken, ginger garlic paste and 1/2 tsp salt in water. Boil for 5 minutes till tender.
  2. Drain the water and let the chicken cool.
  3. Cut the chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
  4. Take 3 slices of bread and grind it in a mixer.
  5. Beat 1 egg and add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp white/black pepper.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Coat the chicken pieces with egg then the breadcrumbs and fry till golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with ketchup.
