Thanks a lot! It's a refreshing drink at the end of a stressful day, when you have a headache just breathe in the steam of the tea while boiling it.It goes well with evening snacks like fritters too....:thumbsup:

Hello Bindiya, it has been raining here and it seems we've skipped autumn and are going to cold months. Nothing like a cup of hot steaming adrakh ki chai. Your post persuades me to get ginger for morning tea and drink it with "wooooshhhh" sound the way paharis do :)
