ABOUT DRY FRUIT PANEER POHA RECIPE

Dry fruit paneer poha is very healthy breakfast. children who don't eat dry fruit will prefer poha without knowing it contains dry fruits and paneer.It will supplement protein and minerals.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Poha (Flattened rice) 150 gram
  2. oil 2 table spoon
  3. potato 1 medium size
  4. paneer 50 gram
  5. cashewnuts 10-12 piece
  6. raisins 7-8 piece
  7. green chilli 1 (as per spice required)
  8. cumin seeds 1/2 table spoon
  9. mustard seeds 1/2 table spoon
  10. sugar 1 table sppon
  11. coriander powder 1 table spoon
  12. turmeric powder 1/4 table spoon
  13. asafoetida 1/4 table spoon
  14. lemon juice 1 table spoon
  15. salt as per taste
  16. coriander leaves 2 table spoon
  17. curry leaves 7-8

Instructions

  1. Take poha in a bowl. Sprinkle some water on poha and allow it to soak the water for 5 minutes
  2. Take a pan. Heat oil and add following spices- coriander seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli, curry leaves. brown the spices. next add small piece of cashew nut and let them little bit brown.
  3. Add finely chopped potato and paneer cubes. Saute till the potatoes are cooked through.
  4. Once it cooked add all spices-red chilling powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, sugar,salt and lemon juice. mix it properly
  5. Add raisins and poha and mixed it well. once ready garnish with coriander leaves. even you can sprinkle teekha sev and pomegranate for garnishing.
