Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients to make Chicken Nuggets

  • chicken keema 500 grams
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • White/black pepper to taste
  • Finely chopped Green chilli 1/2
  • oil for frying

How to make Chicken Nuggets

  1. Take chicken keema.drain water if any.
  2. Grind it in a mixer.
  3. Put it in a bowl and add salt,ginger garlic paste,green chilli and white/black pepper.
  4. Mix well and shape into equal size nuggets.
  5. Fry till golden brown on low heat.
  6. Drain on paper towel.
  7. Enjoy with green chutney and onion.

My Tip:

After shaping into nuggets you can dip it in egg and then bread crumbs and then fry. Use homemade ginger garlic paste.
