Ingredients to make Simply Molded

  • 200 gram milk chocolate
  • 7-8 drops essence

How to make Simply Molded

  1. Maintain room temperature of 25 degree.
  2. Chop chocolate in small pieces.
  3. Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 60 seconds.Keep checking and stir with spatula after every 20 seconds interval .
  4. After 60 seconds check it's temperature. It should be above 40 degree centigrade but less than 45 degree centigrade.
  5. Bring the melted chocolate temperature to 33 degrees centigrade by continuously beating with rubber spatula.
  6. Add essence of your choice and mix well.
  7. Pour chocolate into the mould.
  8. Remove excess chocolate with the help of palate knife.
  9. Tap 8 -10 times on working table to remove air bubbles.
  10. Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  11. Place the foil paper on a tray. Take the mould out of the refrigerator and turn it upside down on a foiled tray.
  12. Wrap them with wrapping paper.

My Tip:

If chocolates are not coming out by turning mould upside down keep the mould in refregerator for a longer time.
