Ingredients to make khaman Dhokla choorma

  • 4large pieces of prepared khaman dhokla
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1tsp mustard seeds
  • few curry leaves
  • 1tsp chopped ginger and green chillies
  • 1/2cup of deseeded finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2cup finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped cucumber
  • 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • For topping -1/4cup grated cucumber
  • 1/2 cup nylon sev
  • coriander leaves
  • chopped tomatoes
  • tomato flower
  • curry leaves

How to make khaman Dhokla choorma

  1. Squeeze the dhokla pieces to remove excess water and Grate the pieces of khaman dhokla to make the choora.
  2. Heat oil and sauté mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger and green chilies and chopped capsicum for 1 minute.
  3. Add grated dhokla, chopped tomatoes , grated carrots,chopped cucumber and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  4. Mix well. Top with topping ingredients and serve.

My Tip:

u can make it in advance and keep in fridge. Serve with Coconut chutney or Pudina chutney.
