How to make Dry fruits coconut khoya panjeeri

  1. Grease the container or thali and keep aside.
  2. In a kadhai heat 1 teaspoon ghee, roast coconut and makhana mixture just for a few minutes. Transfer the mixture on a plate.
  3. In the same kadhai reduce milk till thick consistency with continuous stirring. Add sugar and cook till the mix or the mixture leaves the sides.
  4. Add milkmaid, cook for a few minutes. Add coconut mixture and mix properly, cook for few more minutes till it begins to leave the kadhai. Pour this mixture in the greased container or thali evenly.
  5. Place chopped dry fruits over the mixture, keep it aside to cool to room temperature.
  6. Keep it in fridge to set for half an hour. Then cut in to desired shape.

My Tip:

Take 1 kg milk and reduce till thicken. Add 1 1/2 bowl, sugar then no need to add milk made or can take 1 tin/400 gm milk made/condensed milk then no need to add sugar add milk for mixing approx 1/2 bowl. Cook little with milk made mix then add dry mixture. Take dry fruits of your choice.
