ABOUT Coconut Truffle RECIPE

Soft and melt in the mouth with crunchiness from coconut.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. White Chocolate 350 gms
  2. Coconut (grated) 200 gms
  3. Heavy cream 1/2 cup
  4. Essence (optional) if you want to add any flavour or a few spoons for rum

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate roughly.
  2. Melt in a double boiler or a microwave.
  3. Add cream to it.
  4. Warm a little for about 1 minute in the microwave again.
  5. Add 100 gms of coconut into it.
  6. Mix well and keep it n the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Spread remaining coconut on a tray.
  8. Take our the mix from the refrigerator.
  9. Make balls from this mix.
  10. Roll out each ball in the coconut.
  11. Keep all the truffle balls again in the refrigerator for 1 hour to chill.
  12. Take it out and enjoy.
