Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/4 cup sabudana (soaked overnight)
  2. 1/4 cup boiled grated potato
  3. 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  4. 1/4 tsp grated ginger
  5. Few chopped coriander leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add grated potato, ginger, coriander leaves and sabudana. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan, add enough oil in it.
  3. When the oil is hot, take a small portion of the sabudana, flatten and slowly drop it into the hot oil.
  4. Fry until golden brown in color.
  5. Sabudana vada is ready. Serve hot.
