Ingredients to make Gluten free Coco Chocolate Maple syrup brownies

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup freshly desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup maple syrup (you can also use honey)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

How to make Gluten free Coco Chocolate Maple syrup brownies

  1. Take a bowl and whisk together all ingredients using a spoon. You could also use an electric hand mixer.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 15 mins.
  3. Grease a baking tin with little bit of coconut oil and pour in the brownie mixture into the tin
  4. Evenly lay out the mixture and smoothen out any bumps.
  5. Sprinkle some choco chips on top of this mixture
  6. Put the baking tin in the oven and bake it for 30 mins at 180 degrees till the brownie is properly done.
  7. Let them cool them for a while and then cut it into pieces and let the party begin!

My Tip:

While the brownie bakes, after 20-25 mins insert a toothpick and check if it comes out clean to check if the brownie is done.
