Ingredients to make Coconut Semolina Loaf

  • Fresh or dessicated coconut 1.5cup
  • semolina 1 cup
  • Oats 1/2 cup
  • Fresh heavy milk 1 1/2cup
  • curd 1cup
  • Baking powder 1.5 tbsp
  • butter/oil 1/2 cup
  • elaichi powder 1tbsp
  • maida 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1 1/2 cup
  • Fresh juice of sweet lime /orange
  • coconut flakes 1tbsp
  • almond flakes 1tbsp
  • Kishmish 1tbsp

How to make Coconut Semolina Loaf

  1. Preheat the oven at 175 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients with a light hand. Fold in the ingredients.
  3. Grease and pour in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle some coconut flakes, sliced almonds and kishmish on the top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
