Mango and coconut cream combined for that heavenly extravaganza.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mango pulp of ripe mangoes 2
  2. Coconut cream 1/2 can (About 200 ml)
  3. Sugar 2 tbsp
  4. Coconut cream 1/2 can (Remaining to top up the mousse shots before serving)
  5. Dessicated coconut to sprinkle on top.

Instructions

  1. Combine the pulp and the cream together along with the sugar.
  2. Pour into the serving shot glasses.
  3. Top them up with more coconut cream.
  4. Sprinkle some dessicated coconut.
  5. Let it chill before serving.
