Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd 1 cup
  2. Makhana ( lotus seed ) 10 gm
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  5. Roasted cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  6. Chaat masala as per taste
  7. Green chilli 1 (Optional)
  8. Pomegranate seeds 2 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves for garnish
  10. Red chilli powder as per taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk curd in a bowl, set aside.
  2. Dry roast the makhana ( lotus seed) till light and crispy. Keep aside to cool.
  3. Add in all the ingredients in the curd and mix well.
  4. Roast cumin seed, make powder and then put it into curd.
  5. Add roasted makahna in it and garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve it cold with rice or chapati.
