Ingredients to make Coconut milk rice pudding with sweet corn

  • 1/4 cup samba rice
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup thick milk
  • 1/4 cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp blanched almonds

How to make Coconut milk rice pudding with sweet corn

  1. Wash rice, add coconut milk and cook for 25 minutes.
  2. After 25 minutes, add almonds and sweet corn. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add coconut milk, stir and see that it does not stick to the bottom of the vessel. Keep stirring. Cook for 3 more minutes, turn off the flame.
