Ingredients to make Idli pizziana

  • 4-6rawa idilies
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 tsp boiled corn
  • 1 small sized jalapeno chopped
  • mozerella cheese – as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce

How to make Idli pizziana

  1. Mix together ketchup and chilli sauce add onion, capsicum, jalapeneos and boiled corn.
  2. Take one idli and spread little sauce on it and grate little cheese on it.
  3. Arrange little vegetable mixture on it and again grate some cheese on it.
  4. Sprinkle little red chilli flakes on it.
  5. Repeat with all the idlis. In the mean while pre- heat the oven at 180 degree And grease a baking tray and arrange the idlis on it.
  6. Bake for 3-5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
