3 - Minute No Oil Almond Butter Cake

Ingredients to make 3 - Minute No Oil Almond Butter Cake

  • 2 tbsp - almond butter (I used home made)
  • 2 tbsp barley flour
  • 2 tbsp - Rice flour (you may skip both the flours and substitute with wheat flour instead)
  • 2 tsp - powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • dalchini/cinnamon powder as per taste
  • 1 tbsp - thick curd
  • 1/4 tsp - baking soda

How to make 3 - Minute No Oil Almond Butter Cake

  1. Mix barley and rice flour. Add in the baking soda. Keep aside.
  2. Mix almond butter, curd, cinnamon, sugar and milk in a separate bowl.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Just fold in the ingredients. Do not over mix.
  4. Pour in a greased microwave-proof mug and bake for 2-3 minutes at high. No convection settings. You can do this in your microwave oven as well.
  5. Let the cake cool down and then cut into pieces.
