Ingredients to make Chocolate Gulab Jamun

  • 10 white bread slice (Cut out the sides)
  • Grated Dairy milk chocolate 1
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • For syrup: 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

How to make Chocolate Gulab Jamun

  1. In a bowl take milk. Add in sugar and stir well till it dissolves.
  2. Soak the bread slices in milk, then press with your palm to squeeze out excess sweet milk.
  3. Add chocolate filling in the center of this bread and bind them in a form of ladoo.
  4. Fry on low heat till golden brown. Drain on a kitchen towel.
  5. For syrup: Take sugar and water in a wok. Boil till one thread consistency is attained.
  6. Add in the fried bread balls in it.
