Poha with Sweet corn

Ingredients to make Poha with Sweet corn

  • Poha 2 cup
  • 2 finely chopped
  • 2 green chilli
  • 2 tbsp peanut
  • 1/4 cup sweet corn
  • 2 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp hing
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut

How to make Poha with Sweet corn

  1. Wash and soak the poha for 5 minutes
  2. Heat the pan, add oil. When oil is hot, add mustard when it starts popping, add jeera and stir.
  3. Add peanuts, stir till brown in color. Add green chilli, salt and stir.
  4. Add onions, saute for 2 minutes, add curry leaves and sweet corn. Stir for 2 minutes.
  5. After 2 minutes, add soaked poha stir well and adjust salt.
  6. Add coconut, stir well. Cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame, garnish with coriander leaves.
