Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 3 cup mixed dry fruits (Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts and Raisins)
  2. 2 cups flour
  3. 2 cups ground sugar
  4. 1/2 cup khus khus
  5. 1 cup grated dry coconut
  6. 1/4 cup chironji
  7. 1 tsp each black pepper, ginger powder, elaichi powder and cinnamon powder.
  8. 1 1/2 cup ghee

Instructions

  1. Dry roast flour till it turns slight brown and keep aside.
  2. Rost all dry fruits and roughly chop them.
  3. On a low flame, take a pan, add ghee and heat it.
  4. Add in all the ingredients, one by one and mix well.
  5. Turn off the flame and set the mixture in a plate.
  6. After it gets cooled, cut in desired shape and serve.
