Ingredients Serving: 12

  1. Desiccated Coconut 200 gm
  2. Condensed Milk 400 gm
  3. Milk 240 ml
  4. Eggs 3
  5. Butter 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degree centigrade.
  2. Take 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut and keep it aside.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Pour into a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the desiccated coconut that you kept aside on top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the cake is golden on top and set completely. Insert a sharp knife or a toothpick in the middle of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.
