Ingredients to make Maggi Samosa

  • 250 gm maida
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • 1 pack Maggie

How to make Maggi Samosa

  1. Mix oil, salt and flour. Prepare a soft dough using sufficient water.
  2. Rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll roti from dough and cut into two parts.
  4. Make samosa shape cones, stuff cooled Maggie.
  5. Seal by using a little water.
  6. Fry till light brown.
  7. Serve hot.

Make maggie first then cool at room temperature.
