Ingredients to make Falafel and Hummus
- For Hummus:
- Boiled chick peas 250 gm
- sesame seeds 1 tsp
- garlic pods 3-4, chopped
- salt to taste
- Oil - olive oil/ canola oil mix in hummus
- lemon juice 1 tsp
- For falafel:
- Soaked chickpeas - 250 gm
- cumin seeds 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander / parsley chopped 1 tbsp
- garlic pods 3-4, chopped
- onion 1, chopped
- Soda bicarbonate a pinch
- oil for Deep frying
How to make Falafel and Hummus

Do not add water while blending the chickpeas.
