Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For curry paste:
  2. 6-8 whole red chillies (soaked in warm water)
  3. 6-8 garlic cloves
  4. 1 tsp coriander powder
  5. 1/2 cup grated coconut
  6. 1 tomato (chopped)
  7. 1 small onion (chopped)
  8. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  9. Other ingredients
  10. 2 and 1/2 cups coconut milk
  11. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  12. 6-8 pieces of fish
  13. Some coriander leaves (chopped)
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Oil as required
  16. 3 kokum
  17. Fresh curry leaves a few

Instructions

  1. Grind the ingredients into a fine paste.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, add curry leaves. Once the curry leaves start spluttering add the ground paste.
  3. Saute till the paste starts leaving oil around the edges of the pan add turmeric
