Ingredients to make Coconut Chia Pudding

  • coconut milk thick - 1 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk - 2 tbsp (Optional)
  • Chia seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Dry roasted coconut flakes - 2-3 tbsp or as desired
  • Some almonds for garnish

How to make Coconut Chia Pudding

  1. Soak chia seeds in water for atleast half an hour.
  2. In a glass, put coconut milk, add chia seeds and condensed milk. Mix it well.
  3. Keep in the refrigerator to rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Garnish with coconut flakes and almonds.

My Tip:

Some fruit chunks can also be added. And dry fruits of own choice. Honey can be added instead of condensed milk.
